Never cared to question why.
Never free, born to die.
A life that rots into decay,
A boy with eyes that won't see another day.
Starved and deprived of all he loves,
He yearns to die, and so he does....
Sweet was the life she once knew.
Swept up in love, raped by one untrue.
Eyes full of sorrow, a body full of pain.
Into the night she stumbles, soaked in the rain.
Wishing for it all to end, she offers her life.
Wishing for an easy way, she is given the knife....
Know that this pain is real, yet it hides inside.
Our smiles are a facade, our only disguise.
Marked upon our bodies, wounds we hate to feel.
Etched into eternity, our scars will never heal.
So we take this life, we feel so undeserving.
We take this life, we end the suffering....
Never free, born to die.
A life that rots into decay,
A boy with eyes that won't see another day.
Starved and deprived of all he loves,
He yearns to die, and so he does....

You Are Now Gone
Perhaps you were my oxygen
As without you I cannot breathe
Stars reminded me of your eyes
My love, why did you have to leave?
So out of the blue you left me
In to black my fragile heart broke
A thousand lost words were exchanged
Yet not one single word was spoke
I'm focusing on my time piece
I've given you peace for some time
Though love is clearly black and white
Friendship is harder to define
It's the shades of grey that haunt me
Those seeds of love we didn't sow
The memories we never made
Our bloom that has refused to grow
The pressure I feel without you
This volcano shall soon erupt
But I will implode silently

These Tears Would Come:
These Tears Would Come:
If my tears could tell a story of two -
What would they have to say about you?
Of a boy who spent his whole life seeking
And a girl who found it in the arms of another…
Would they tell us of laughter? Beneath a starlit sky,
Or of harsh words exchanged on bitter nights.
Would they speak of moments, so beautifully captured;
To be enjoyed in memory, like a perfect wine.
Or perhaps they would tell us of an untampered truth:
Of the lonely nights spent longing, for an Eden lost.
Captivated, habituated, to this lonely habit of you;
For her alone, these tears would come.

Dear Poetry,
I am trying to cover my sadness with words.
Tape them against my scars
& wear them like worthy paper cuts.
My tears are alcohol swabs, burning & cleansing
wounds of my own making. Sometimes,
I wish I could hide behind them forever.
But not even this journeyed flesh can stand
castle strong against speechless ink stains.
I know the code. This body does not deserve
a warriors death. & poetry, you're a monster
a creative monster, but evil nonetheless.
I wish to string you into knots, force feed you
down the throats of others. De-format you
& leave you empty; freeversed-
to hang loosely along the heartstrings
of strangers

Pretty self-explanatory. It's from the view point of a boy and girl who have both experienced a troubling situation in their lives and in the end they seek an escape through suicide. I made this poem last year when I went through a very rough patch in my life (dealing with a breakup, a new bad girlfriend, and other personal troubles). It signifies that we all have true pain in our hearts and sometimes it gets to the point where we would rather end it than live through it.
